Posted by: otis07 at Sun Oct 22 21:45:37 2006 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by otis07 ] i can't think of any frog that wouldn't drown in water above 6 in. they are actually very bad swimmers, and they ones that do swim ok will eat the fish. you might try a non-toxic newt, they can often go in deep water without any trouble, if you do this i would suggest having a piece of driftwood or floating plant in the water part so it can be partially submerged and rest.
