Spotted question

I purchased three adult spotted turtles four years ago from a friend that legally purchased them outside of the state. I have since succesfully bred them and currently have 23 captive bred offsrping ranging from newborns to two years old. I would like to sell some of them as I foresee more hatchlings coming. Anyone with information regarding legally selling captive breds in Michigan I would appreciate some insight. I do not want to break the law in any way. Thank you
