its can defiantly be done, the one thing you wanna make sure of is that the plants are in seperate containers that cant be moved easily, i would bet that if the plants were all planted in the substrate that the frog would borrow under them disrupting the whole look of the tank, and it would probobly be a never ending battle, so if th plants are secure i think it would probobly work, you would need extra lighting though just for the plants
