I don't know the genetics of white striped, either. But the chances of getting more white striped are good if the white striped mutant gene acts in a Mendelian fashion.

Mating the female to a nonwhite striped male may produce white striped babies. If so, you can be pleasently surprised. The more likely outcome is that none of the babies will be white striped. Then you mate a male back to the mother and mate brother x sister. Some of the babies from these matings would be expected to be white striped.

It would be a good idea to swap some of the babies for relatively unrelated stock to reduce the amount of inbreeding. Swapping for a white striped would be nice, but if not available then babies from a white striped x nonwhite striped mating would do fine.
