AJ,
I would use the coconut bedding. It is safe and passes easily through the digestive system without causing problems if it happens to be ingested. As the frog matures you could mix in some sand (play sand works fine, and for sand you don't have to wait until it's an adult, you can mix it in now if you like),you can also mix in some orchid bark. I rinse the bark I use, it is incredibly dusty when new. This gives the substrate a more natural look, and the sand makes it "fluffier." This makes burrowing easier for your frog. You can also cover the ground with green moss, wet it it first and then spread it about in clumps, it looks good and aids the humidity. Good luck!
