The colors and 'beauty' of the mud and musk turtles is highly subjective. But the colors of many hatchlings are undeniably nice.
The plastron of the one pictured is quite attractive. Plus, the growth is perfect even though fast. Nice work.
I just read somewhere that the age of the common musk turtle can easily exceed 50 years. Those look like they have a great start on it.
