Most of Shakespeare's plays are absolutely ridiculous like that. Quite a few "serious" novels are a bit silly too, when you think about them. The Great Gatsby, for instance. What man really pines away for a woman for years upon end?
Makes those truly awful novels you usually have to read a bit less awful when you can boil them down to bare bones and then mock them mercilessly

I honestly don't know a whole lot about hognoses, since for the most part I've focused on boids and I'm just starting to play with kingsnakes. As long as you do the research and it's a snake you really like, then you should have no problems (well, not too many problems).
Having hundreds of snakes does not necessarily make someone a good breeder Not saying your breeder friend isn't a good breeder, it's just something to keep in mind.
