you shouldn't keep the tank too humid, keep it fairly dry if you have a water dish. i've found taht too, if it's very humid they spend a lot of time in the water dish. what color are the bugs? if they are white they could be springtails, they appear in tanks that are very humid because when the frogs poop or if you have wet wood it's easier for them to decompose. i would not keep it so humid and just see what happens. where are the bugs located? a lot of the times mites are by their eyes. can you see them moving and is there a lot of them? keep me posted.
