Rubbermaids or a rack system help keep the humidity higher. The carefresh has the unfortunate effect of drying out the cage and the babies are more prone to dessicating. If you do keep them on carefresh, be sure to spray them daily and keep their bowls available at all times. And don't let the quiet one fool you, they are way faster than they look!
