that in the past century and a half we have become a bit more civilized. It's no great wonder why the timber rattlesnake is barely holding on to existence in New Hampshire and many other areas close by.

At this point I feel bad for future generations that may never get the pleasure of knowing these awesome creatures. I'm just glad I'm one of the lucky one's that will.
