I search Youtube every so often for videos where people are killing snakes--you have to be a logged in member, and then you can "flag this video." It will give you a lot of options for reasons why the video should be flagged, such as "illegal acts" or "graphic violence." I flag "illegal acts" first to see if that gets the video taken down, and if that doesn't work then I flag it as "graphic violence," where it will have a warning that "this video has been flagged by the Youtube community as inappropriate for some viewers" and will only be available to logged in members, presumably aged 18. Lots of video-creating jerks will then remove the video themselves.
