CWD are arboreal and prefer height over width. Since they attain maximum size at approximately 24-30 months don't waste your money on a small enclosure. Whatever enclosure you choose will need moisture cycles mixed with a dry-out period to keep down the growth of harmful bacteria and fungus. If you use a ultrasonic humidifier with your set-up and don't mind filling it daily, you can use a reptarium or build a hardware cloth enclosure. High humidity levels are a must for these guys, as is a fairly significant amount of clean water. They require a temperature gradient (either top to bottom or side to side) and ambient air temps from 70-75 to 84-88. 1 basking spot for each CWD of 90-94F is also a necessity. Your dragon can become stunted if housed in an inadequate environment. Start with a 75 gallon tank minimum. If you end up with a smaller female she can stay in it.
