Because I have never owned a snake, I was recommended by many to start off with a corn snake, milksnake, or ball python. But after doind some researching I set my heart on getting a boa, to be exact a Brazilian Rainbow Boa. The one that I am planning on getting is 1 ft long at the moment, and the owner is asking $150. Is it a reasonable price for a rainbow boa? Also right now I am planning to put a snake into a 15 gallon aquarium. But soon will be getting rid of the fish and will be moving it into a 65 gallon aquarium. How much time do I have before the boa outgrows the 15 gallon one?
