The males will continue to fight till one or both are dead. Separate them immediately. Males, especially adult males, should never be housed in the same cage. The only time I have heard of two males working in the same cage is when a breeder built a room sized cage and he was able to have two males as well as quite a few females housed together with little combat between the males. Now this cage (being a converted room) was something like 10'x12' in size, maybe more.

It is also good not to keep males in with the females, unless you want to have constant clutches of eggs each year. Also, when you purchase new animals, they should be properly quarantined for at least 3 months to ensure no pathogens are spread to your existing group.
