Sounds like an upper respiratory infection. Only way to cure this is get your turtle(s) to a vet for treatment. Then you will have to figure out what is wrong in the way you are keeping your turtles. Check the temp, humidity, water quality (can't remember if box turtles are semi aquatic or not, or just like to 'take a dip' once in awhile). Double check their diet, are you missing something?

Till you can bring your turtle to a vet, keep it isolated from the others. Though respiratory infections are not normally contageous, keeping your sick turtle away from the others will make it easier and less stressful for it while it recovers from her illness.
