This snake was found at the side of the trail sitting on top of some mud. This was easily my favorite herp of the trip.

Most of the pictures (good ones anyways) were taken inside this ugly plastic container. These snakes are moderately quick and don't like to sit still.

Animal was much more beautiful in the flesh.
