some chicken and cube it.I feed my tegu cubed chicken once in awhile with his mango and greens. He loves it.But he loves anything.I do use dogfood chunks in a pinch but only rarely..I also pressurecook a chicken with the giblets. Then I blend it in a blender with the soft small bones included using the liquid to make it blend better.Freeze it in cubes and defrost when needed.I use this mix on his greens if hes being picky kinda high in fat so i use it sparingly.I mostly use it for my ferrets.
For veges and fruits I use frozen/thawed mango and mixed berries and blueberrys and whatever greens are available.Like collards or romaine or mixed field greens in a bag, fresh greenbeans or frozen/thawed ones..I also give him fruit that is overripe that we wouldnt really eat like pears and banana. He also loves kiwi fruits. And he likes applesauce but i dont use it often.
I tried frozen mixed veges but Inoticed he pooped the corn ond lima beans out undigested so I quit using them..
