What conditions are you keeping her in? What is the temp, humidity, etc? I am very lucky to be able to keep them outside almost all year round. The closed eyes may be the humidity, heat, hydration...pretty much everything. Sorry if this doesn't really help. Remember now that your tort is sick you need to maintain optimum everything to help them recover.
