My Surinam Toads are excellent eaters. However, that was not always the case. When I first obtained them as young frogs, they would not eat anything I offered - night crawlers, rosy reds, pellet food, etc. Nothing worked for 3 weeks. Be persistant, new frogs take time to adjust. Then one day I fed them and they haven't stopped yet I feed 12 rosy reds per frog per week. I just put the fish in the tank and the frog eats whenever he wants to. -----
