There was a 200 Watt "Active UV" light on a lizard cage nearby so I turned it on the mandarin I was photographing and that picture came out. I'm still trying to figure out if there is any fluorescing going on becuase of the UV or if it is just the camera sensor going out of whack because of the strange spectrum of the light source.
