Posted by: SteveH at Fri Feb 2 11:40:07 2007 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by SteveH ] my 100lber was a garbage eating machine when i first got him. he would eat any and everything i put in his tank. but since he is confined to a tub, i try to not let him get too fat. now i'll feed him whole fryer chickens, vegetables(potatoes, squash, etc,) and theres aways perch in his tank to pick off parasites. i think its better to experiment with vegetables and stick with chicken, fish, crawfish, etc. hope this helps.
