Nisa,

There are I think different opinions on this subject. Personally, when I get a new wc lizard I always treat them with 3-4 treatments of metronidazole and fenbendazole. I believe this helps them to acclimate faster and put on more weight sooner than they would without being treated. Each lizard is different though, and some may need to be treated for coccidians or other difficulties that may arise. But for me metronidazole/fenbendazole is just a routine.
