heat lamps it doesn't matter a whole lot - heat is heat, replace them when they burn out. As for the UVB lighting, it's best to replace those every six months or so, because after that UVB production drops off significantly.
as far as the 5.0 and whatnot I have no clue, if anyone else wants to chip in that'd be wonderful, 'cause I'm curious about that too ![](images/smiles/smile.gif)
