A friend of mine has a russian tortoise that he purchased from Petco. A week after purchasing he noticed that the tortoise doesn't use it front right leg. He took it back to petco and they told him it has a broken leg, but they didn't do anything for it. Toby has been living with Mike for a while now and he still does not use his front leg. Is there anything that Mike can do for his russian, other than take it to a vet? Please help, if you can.
