Posted by: STEVES_KIKI at Sat Feb 17 09:42:14 2007 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by STEVES_KIKI ] lastnight i was feeding my snakes and i threw pinkies in deli cups and placed them all around the room until i could put the snakes in. when i turned around i heard a "splash" and saw that a deli cup with a pinky fell into the tank with my snapping turtle. as i fished the container out i looked around for a net or something to get the pinky out. the only thing i could find was paper towels to at least dry my hands off with after i went fishing with my hands. so i put my hands in and looked and there was no pinky just my turtle looking happy. i wasnt going to use the pinky for a snake after it fell in the water...i was just going to throw it away... but she ate it before i could even look at it a 2nd time. should i worry? obviously i'm not going to do this on purpose. i'm sure in the wild they eat all kinds of weird things. but should i really worry about her?
