I have a few suggestions for you, I hope thats ok. First, take measurements and a weight, so you can look back and marvel. As far as skittish, thats pretty normal at first. I will also suggest that you cover the back and sides with contact paper or tape computer paper on the enclosure. They have excellent vision and can get spooked by lots of things that we take for granted. They are super scared of snakes, just so you know. Make sure you have some plants to hide/feel secure behind while basking and hanging out, seems to help calm scared babies down. I recommend that you handle it, but don't stress it, if after a few mins in your hand it starts to try to get back into the enclosure, let it. With a frilly that small, I always use paper towels so you can catch a sample to have tested at the vet. I look forward to seeing new pics. Your new baby is so beautiful! Congrats and enjoy!
