Before asking us all these generic questions like food and UVB and taming, you need to research. As in buy a book. I recommend The Bearded Dragon Manual. It has a frillie section and a lot of beardie info also carries over to frillies. Also, dont buy a cheap WC or farm bred frillie. Those are stressed out imports which almost always carry parasites and diseases. There are many great breeders out there. Here there Be Dragonz and Sundial Reptile both breed them and produce wonderful animals.
Im glad you asked a specific question though about the cage. That cage is a fine size for a juvenile, but an adult, which can get 2 1/2 feet, will need a large cage. You can convert shower stalls into fine cages or order from cagesbydesign.com.
For subsrate, use cypress mulch. Its diggable, keeps humidity, and looks nice. Good luck with your frilled and post pics when you get him!
