High Bob

I get my sphagnum moss from Home Depot.

At first I was using only moss with so-so results, Then I mixed sand and moss with better nesting results, now I mostly use sand only.
Husbandry is an ever changing thing!

I think they can do with only sand if it has the right moisture and temps, I changed my set-ups to allow 12in of sand per cage, I nested 4 specie of gonocephalus, 5 acanthosaura species and my hipsylurus ssp in only sand. Obviously they understand how to use this medium.
This is good as it allows me to work on feeding and other more important aspects of husbandry.
