If anything, maybe gutload the crickets with the egg. It's been my exsperience adult Fattails prefer food that is very active. Mine once they hit about 50gm for some reason stop eating mealworms & only want crickets. So I'd think she might turn her nose up at eggs on there own.
I haven't heard of geckos eating eggs, but they would be a sorce of protien. I've heard of eggs being used for Tegus, Monitors, & in small amounts for Bearded Dragons & Iguanas.
She probably is still fealing a little under the weather or the antibiotics could be causing her lack of appitite. You can try offering her a few wax worms to try & get her appitite going again or a small pinky mouse, but don't let either of thoughs become a large part of there diet.
