i wouldnt use moss due to impacting the frog, these guys swallow whatever is in thier mouth. dusting i use rep cal and herp vit, i also use that with my dart frogs its proven formula has been good for many years. they dont need light, both my pacman frog tank dont have lights, just glas lids to keep humidity in. as far as cricket size i would feed that frod small crickets not pin heads. punky mice can be fed when you can tell he can swallow it. i feed mine live fuzzies right now, because the make i have wont eat from tongs. remember mice are evil, do not feel bad about feeding them baby mice lol good luck
