I'm in the process of breeding my oldest female ball, and have been brumating her and her 'companion' for a while. He hasn't been responding, so I took our biggest (close to the same size, a bit bigger tho) male and put him in with them.

I got a bit caught up watching their reaction, not realizing I left the lid up on his (and his friend Wookiee) tank. The girlfriend alerted me to my mistake, and closed the lid.

This morning (5 hours later) I'm checking on the happy trio when out of the corner of my eye I see a small ball python staring at me from her pitcher perch on top of the dresser....

First thing I think is 'you're just waking...its not real', then I got a little skeered...a loose snake, then I just realized its Wookiee, and knew all would be well.

Here is our little escapee...
