Besides the issues of environmental conditions and disease and parasite transmissions redfoots can be dangerous to smaller animals. With their love of worms and small invertebrates and their taste in non food items (i.e. leather shoes0 I wouldnt be suprized to see one chomp down on a lizards toe.
