I agree with Daystorm, most issues are husbandry, mainly due to temps and humidity. What are yours? Day and night?

Also what type of water source do you have? They need to be able to soak. Also the water in the bowl and misting need to be treated with a chlorine remover like Aquatize or Reptisafe.

If he's burrowing, it is likely that he either needs more humdidity or it's too hot and drying. Only one side should have a heat lamp so that they have the option of moving out of the heat and there need to be lots of places to hide, plants, caves etc.

Also make sure you are watching the temps and humidity both BEFORE and after mistings. Just because you can get it up to 60% humidity after a misting, doesn't mean it should ever get below it before you mist. It needs to stay consistant. This may require covering part of the screened area.
