With the addition of my juvenile Red Tegu last summer I decided to hibernate it this year because I want to possibly breed it in the future. My San Felipes Rosy Boa was also put into hibernation and did fine. The Tegu however lost a substantial amount of weight and at first didn't really want to eat. As of now she is eating everything except mice and I was just wondering if there was anything extra I could do to help it gain weight back. Also what is the average tempature for hibernation for them, because I think it lost all the weight due to it being at room tempature and not being cold enough.

Any help will be appreciated
