I saw mine in my garage last summer. Every time I open the garage, it would run in so I had to push it back out. A month later, I found it roaming deep inside my garage so I decide to buy a tank for it because my garage has lots of rat poison. It has been with me ever since.

I want to find a partner for it. Right now, it is only about 7-8 inches long so I still can’t tell the sex. It looks like a female since it has a more narrow head.

I been trying to buy one on-line but they don’t carry any, neither does the pet shops. I went into my backyard but could not locate anymore. I seen a couple in the last few days but I think those are Western Fence Lizards. I don’t care much for those.

I live in the Orange County, Southern California area. They use to have a lot when I was growing up here 30 years ago. Where did you catch yours?

I am very interest in breeding some and will upgrade my 29 gallon tank to a 100 gallon tank. I would love to have a pair of northern.
