Posted by: Paradon at Sun May 13 22:02:04 2007 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Paradon ] Hey, I live in Salida...about 30 minute drive from Stockton and I've I know Stanislaus County (where I live) and San Jauquin County are very close to each other, and I've caught quite a bit of San Jauquin fence lizards and kept them for awhile acutally. These lizard tends to be loaded with mites I've noticed, though, so you have to find a way to get rid of them. They do thrive in captivity believe it or not. I've fed mine mainly crickets and they love hunting them. I let all of them go. Oh, Their also seems to be a pair that took up resident in my backyard; their a lot of flies for them to eat, and they seem to be there for quite sometime now.
