I had the same problem with mine when I first got them. I fixed the hydration problem by getting a habbamister, I have found nothing better than the strictly regimented spraying that this provides. As for the weight problem, hand feed her a pinky mouse, preferably with a belly full of milk, about every other week in addition to your normal feeding and you will see her put on weight quickly. This is pretty easy to do, if she threat displays easily just drop the mouse in when she does that and she will suck it down. If not GENTLY press the mouses' nose in between her lips and when she opens up a bit slide it in and she will do the rest.
