A couple days ago I changed my Boa's water, and she was in her hiding box. She is about 2 feet long. I wasn't able to play with her after those couple days, so when she didn't go on her branch, I assumed she was in her safe box all warm and curled up. Yesterday morning I got up to play with her but when I looked in her cage she was nowhere to be found. During that time, my window was open for about 6 hours, and she could have gone out that way, but I didn't see any marks in the dirt below the window that would suggest that. I've put down a heating blanket on my floor for the time being, and plan on putting a mouse in a box for her. I may as well put some unscented powder in the doorways so if she goes through, I'll know. In my room alone, I've looked in the closet, behind furniture, in drawers, and in my couch. Are there any more tricks for coaxing her out in to the open or other good places I should look? I just want to find my baby. I really hope she didn't get outside, I have four cats and a dog
