The ringneck species common to Oklahoma (statewide range), according to an online guide that is pretty complete, is Diadophis punctatus. It also matches your description perfectly and cites worms, grubs and small lizards as common prey. I have also encountered ringnecks on occasion, though never tried to keep one, as my (limited) understanding is that they are not good captive snakes, decline to feed, etc.
