Alternative Ahaetulla Prey Items

I have been brainstorming ideas for alternative vine snake prey. Has anyone here tried day old quail or chicks (live or thawed)? Also is freezing Anoles and offering them thawed out a possibility? Or has an anyone else had any luck feeding anything besides live lizards?
