I'm also sixteen, and I currently have a Mangrove snake in my possession. You have to keep in mind that if you are bitten by one, it could be very serious. Their venom is very potent, but no fatalities from it are known. They are also very aggressive and wil rarely tolerate handling. The hardest part of their husbandry is acclimation, but I would recommend you buy one of those from mfezi as they are feeding on mice already. If you are ready for one then I would say go for it! If you would like I can e-mail you a caresheet for them which I have been working on. Contact me through my e-mail( it's in my signature)! ----- Roy Blodgett royreptile@yahoo.com
