I don't think it matters that the heating bulb is UVA, as long as you have the UVB bulb in there you should be fine. Just make sure that her basking spot is hot enough between 90 - 100F, and that the UVB bulb is changed every 6 months so the UVB stays consistant,(or 1 year depending on the brand of bulb).
