weird film on surface of water in tank

i have two razorback musks one is a new additio bought about a week ago, i have now noticed a kind of white see through film on the surface of the water but i dunno what to do about it!
any thoughts on what it could beor how to get rid of it?

they have a filter heater basking spot with heat and uv light.

theyre not sick are they?
