Fire Belly Newt Question

I have to Chinese Fire Belly Newts, and they both don't eat, I have tried tubifex worms, blood worms, and meal worms, they are fairly small, am I doing something wrong? Also, when seems quite bloated, what are the symptoms when one is bloated?
