My male and female CWD have been together over approximately two years now - I bought them as a pair and they have been sexually active already as far as I'm aware as eggs have been laid. However, I am concerned that the male is behaving in a very aggressive manner towards the female and she is going to get hurt trying to escape him. Is this usual behaviour? Their enclosure is very large.

I do have another water dragon whoI rescued last year from someone who kept him in a fish tank with no UVB. As a result he is very small for his age but fully on the road to recovery. Would it be alright to put my female in with him for a while? Or would she hurt him as she is twice his size? This enclosure is small.
