OK a couple of months ago I rescued some Anoles from a friends backyard here in Florida. They had been caught in a water trough (somehow they couldn't get out)and had been near death in the beating sun and not to mention the 1" of water in the tub. Some werent even moving, but still had life in them.



I brought them home and set up my 55 gallon that i have had laying around for a while, empty. Within days they are all thriving, and to this day they are doing very well. I know I have a couple males, and the rest I believe are female.



Since I have had them I have been seeing some mating behavior, usually about once a week. I feed small crickets twice a week, and they always chow down. I dust the crickets every other feeding, and provide UV rays via 4' florescent tubes.



OK long story short. today i was giving a daily misting, and i saw a baby!!! A hatchling anole roaming around in the thick leaves.



Bottom line, I don't know what to do as far as feeding and husbandry for such a tiny guy. I also do not know if that is the only one in there. It is the only one I have seen.
