Being a semi-wild turtle, or wild one at that, all you can do is hope for the best. With the rains, he'll survive for a while. But check under alot of shady areas, even around your house.

If water isn't a terribly long distance away, he'll make it. What's more, check back on the roads, in drainage ditches. They follow roads, for some reason.

I've had many get out and have found them under plywood, in wells, some on the road, and others in my neighbor's duck pond.

They're amazing survivors.

What's more, check in what direction the nearest-or farthest-lake, creek or pond is from your house, and start searching in that direction.
