Pacman not eating

My Pacman Frog stopped eating, I think he is too big for the prey I'm offering him. He seems to have stopped eating crickets and super worms.
I have tried to feed him a live pinky, but he just let it die in his cage. I currently have some very large silkworms in with him but he has ignored them for 3 days, he is just sitting in his aquarium rock and water-filled bowl while they crawl around the rim in front of him. He has not eaten or deficated for a few weeks now and I am getting worried. Any suggestions?
