I'd originally set up a 10-gallon tank to house African dwarf frogs (I have some past experience with these sweeties), but the heater doesn't seem to want to warm the aquarium past 19 C. I don't feel up to buying a new heater, so I want to try my hand at cold-water amphibians. What amphibians would be good for a beginner with a small tank and a low budget?
