They are probably just guarding then eggs. Is there many hiding spots and plants in there? They dont actually incubate them. As for times it can be 70 days or it could be up to 200 days depends on the general temp they are kept at. If its about 80 it should be like 90 days though. The eggs are really tough and Tokays are very gentle with their eggs. If they hatch the parents will actually guard they babys as they guard the eggs. Hope this helps.
